| A: For bulk packing, the production lead time is about 15 days after receipt of payment; For OEM, it is around 30-40 days. |

| A: 30% deposit after confirmation and 70% balance before delivery. |

| A: Yes, free samples can be offered, you just need to pay the express fee. Or You can provide your account number from international express company, like DHL, UPS & FedEx , address & telephone number. Or you can call your courier to pick up at our office. |
